Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their bookings or purchase and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Doctor’s appointments, an appointment if cancelled up to one day in advance of the appointment time then a cancellation fee of ₨ 50/- would be deducted and rest of the amount would be processed to customer’s original mode of payment at the time of booking. If cancellation is done between less then 24 hours and more then 1 hour of the time slot of the appointment time then a cancellation fee of ₨ 100/- per appointment cancelled would be incurred and if the appointment is cancelled less then one hour to the appointment slot then the whole fee would be forfeited. We have put in this cancellation policy to safeguard the interests of the health care providers as well as the patients.
A health care provider can cancel a confirmed appointment from his side if he is not available for any reason to provide his services at the designated time, place and/or mode of communication. In that case fee paid by the patient will be refunded back without any cancellation charges.
Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited to the patient’s account within 7 to 10 working days.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
